We’ve partnered with The Sawmill Training Complex to bring you a one of a kind program designed for athletes preparing to compete in tactical shooting competitive fitness events and real-world challenges. Whether you're stepping into the arena at the Sawmill Showdown, or just want to train with greater purpose, this program is designed by The Sawmill’s Directors of Tactical Fitness and built for you.

Full Auto Fitness Comp Ready is a monthly, in-person training session hosted at The Sawmill, combining strength work, tactical conditioning, and loaded carry progressions. These two-hour sessions are structured in 4-month progressive blocks, each focused on a measurable outcome like grip strength, core endurance, and aerobic capacity.

What You’ll Train

• Carries, Holds, Sleds, Rowing, Biking, Kettlebells, Axle Bars and much more

• Bracing, breathing, and core under load

• Partner-based conditioning and mental grit

• "Test & Retest" progress tracking each block

• Live Fire ‘Classifiers’ designed to be retested at each class
